TEAM OSMOSIS - ITCO


On the 31st of March and 1st of April 2017, ITCO, in collaboration with mynditude, initiated its Leadership Program through conducting the first module titled "Team Osmosis". This module aimed at boosting the team's personal and professional trust, comming up with a common well-defined goal, and setting the way forward to accomplishing it.




TEAM OSMOSIS - BD


The Team Osmosis Workshop helped the BD team upgrade their understanding of personalities to becoming aware of their energy dimensions thus enhancing the process of setting accountabilities in favor of an agreed-upon goal. The workshop was held on the 20th and 21st of Mar 2017 in Faraya.


DELEGATE THE THINKING PROGRAM - Goody


On 8 and 9 March 2017, the Goody team conducted the third and final module of the Delegate The Thinking Program, the Integration Module. Through it, participants took coaching from being a one-on-one experience to becoming a team activity that stregthens trust, commitment, accountability thus leading to better results.


 GRADUATE PROGRAM - Danone


On 28 Feb and 1,2 Mar 2017, Modules 2 and 4 of the Danone Graduate Program were conducted to enrich participants with additional useful soft skills and to discover the fundamentals of perseverance that will enable them to encounter the difficulties faced in corporates thus achieving their ultimate goals .

On the 22nd and 23rd of Jan 2017, the BD team participated in mynditude's Team Osmosis workshop which took them on a journey covering all 5 dimensions of the WOW team pyramid.

 


 


THE EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY - Astellas


Proud of their results, Astellas collaborated with mynditude in designing a fun day to celebrate the remarkable achievements represented in their Employee Engagement Survey. Moreover, the team took it a step forward and brainstormed some ideas to enhance their areas of opportunity. This was held on the 16th of Jan 2017 in Dubai and on the 26th of Jan 2017 in Leiden.






THE FEEDFORWARD - Goody


After acquiring the basic coaching skills in Module 1, the Goody team mastered a variety of coaching tools through supervised real-time practice followed by a constructive feedback session. The FeedForward, module 2 of the Delegate The Thinking Program, was held at Goody's offices in KSA on the 10th and 11th of Jan 2017.


LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - AWR

 

As part of the Leadership Program that was designed in collaboration with our long-term trusted partner, AWR, 17 workshops were delivered in 2016 targeting different seniority levels throughout the company.107 participants from 12 nationalities were part of the experience and left their imprint on the program. Moving forward, a long way still awaits us and a prosperous 2017 is yet to come. From the mynditude family, we look forward to supporting additional True AWR Leaders...


I LIKE YOU AND I AM NOT LIKE YOU - Groupe Bel

 

On 22,23 Nov 2016, Groupe Bel's team deepened their understanding of self and others through discovering the four dimensions that constitutes our personalities. The above was achieved through the third I Like You And I Am Not Like You workshop that was held in Dubai.



DELEGATE THE THINKING PROGRAM - Goody

Building on the Emotional Intelligence workshop, Goody kicked off its first Delegate the Thinking program which aims at integrating the coaching mentality in the company. Participans explored and practiced the essential skills and initiated a mindset shift through the program's first module - The Fundamentals - that was held on the 17th and 18th of Oct 2016 in KSA. 

 

 

BUILDING ON THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WORKSHOP - Debbas

 

After gaining insights about their personalities and enhancing their relationship management skills during the Emotional Intelligence workshop in 2015, the Debbas team widened their spectrum to include a new dimension in understanding people ... strengths. This was the result of a follow-up workshop that was held on the 9th and 10th of Oct 2016 in Dubai.

 

B.O.S. ROLL-OUT - Astellas

 

Astellas' top managers gathered on the 6th and 7th of Oct 2016 and discussed their new strategy for the way forward. This productive and insightful session was translated into tangeable and step-by-step strategy with the help of mynditude's B.O.S. Roll-Out workshop.

Astellas' team strengthened their interpersonal bonds through further understanding of self and others. In addition, the Team Osmosis Workshop helped the team upgrade their understanding of personalities to setting accountabilities and enhancing commitment in favor of an agreed-upon and well-defined thematic goal. The workshop was held on the 28th and 29th of Sept 2016 in Athens.

 

I LIKE YOU AND I AM NOT LIKE YOU - Groupe Bel

 

Enthusiasm, positivity and humor perfectly describe the atmosphere that the Groupe Bel team created during the I Like You And I Am Not Like You workshop held on the 28th and 29th of Sept 2016 in Dubai. The above enabled the formation of vulnerability trust which was projected in an amazing constructive feedback session.


EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE - Goody

 

In the process of preparing the team for the Coaching part of the program, Goody held its second Emotional Intelligence workshop in KSA on the 25th and 26th of September 2016. The team left the room with an incredibly high energy and an ability to identify different personalities and know how to tailor their communication style accordingly.

 

LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - AWR

 

A year has passed and the AWR Leadership Program is still going strong. Participants are eager to move forward in the program's track, and we are even more excited to be part in integrating such a modernized ideology in culture that believes in personal development.

 

DANONE GRADUATE PROGRAM - Danone

 

During the week of the 5th of September 2016, the Danone Graduates concluded their 1 year program by sharing their experiences and findings with the new-joiners. In both the first and third modules, the energy was remarkably high and the input rendered the workshops extremely engaging and beneficial. 

So for the 2015 Grads, "Excellent job and best wishes in your new career path".
As for the 2016 Grads, "We look forward to our exciting journey".

 

BUSINESS PARTNERING PROGRAM - Debbas Industries

 

Building on module 1, The Emotional Intelligence workshop, that happened in July, the Debbas Industries' management team took a step forward into transforming their complex relationships into a partnership. This was achieved through module 2 of the program, entitled The Business Partnering workshop that was held in Zahle on the 1st and 2nd of September 2016.

 

 

I LIKE YOU AND I AM NOT LIKE YOU - Group Bel

 

On the 30th and 31st of August 2016, the Group Bel team traveled thoroughly into the differences in personalities as they gained a better understanding of themselves and others. In addition, mynditude's signature workshop, I Like You And I Am Not Like You, enabled the participants to strengthen their personal trust in each other and to set the base for better and more effective communication at work.

 

BUSINESS PARTNERING - Danone KSA

 

On 9, 10, and 11 Aug 2016, Danone KSA united its forces and strengthened the inter-department relationships through mynditude's tailormade six-months Business Partnering Program. Throughout these three days, the team practiced the essential skills, dissected the process that would help in achieving this partnership and designed a personal and team plan to move forward.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE - Goody

 

On the 2nd and 3rd of August 2016, mynditude expanded its circumference to include KSA where it launched a new partnership with Goody. This collaboration led to the creation of the Goody's Managers Coaching Program. As a first step, the team developed their communication styles and skills and practiced tayloring it according to each person's natural preference.


TEAM OSMOSIS - Azm School

With laughter, enthusiasm, and a serious-fun attitude, the AZM School team retold its story, challenges, milestones and learnings, on the way to set the way forward of reaching a WOW team status. The mountain retreat was paved by mynditude's Team Osmosis Workshop that was held on the 27th and 28th of July in Zenotel Bhersaf.

 

BUSINESS PARTNERING PROGRAM - Debbas Industries

On the 21st and 22nd of July, Debbas Industries management team conducted a 2-day mountain retreat in Terre Brune Faraya, to launch a Business Partnering Program with mynditude. The energetic team accomplished its first step toward a higher collaboration using Emotional Intelligence and deeper empathy. The program will dig deeper in September for a more sustainable effect.

 

FIT FOR BUSINESS - Medtronic

Fun, laughter, exercise, and reflection were blended together to create mynditude's unique FIT for BUSINESS workshop for Medtronic on 25 May 2016 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

MENASSA MEETING - Astellas

Astellas partnered with mynditude to create a unique MENASSA meeting which was held in Athens, Greece on 12 and 13 Apr 2016. Instead of a regular workshop, Astellas' team were given the opportunity to unleash their creativity and used acting to demonstrate their company's values.

During the second day, and seeking to create an independent market share and a unique brand, Astellas' team integrated the Blue Ocean Theory to their corporate's canvas.

 

EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL - Medtronic

Johannesburg was the new destination of mynditude, where Medtronic's South African team gained a deeper awareness about emotions and how to manage them through mynditude's signature workshop, The Emotional Protocol. The event took place on 16 and 17 March 2016.

 

BUSINESS PARTNERING - Danone

Seeking to create a collaborative partnership-like, Danone collaborated with mynditude to tailor-make the Business Partnering Program. The Pilot of this program was successfully launched on 21,22, and 23 Feb 2016 in Dubai, and is now due to be rolled out to Danone's various functions and countries.

 

TEAM RETREAT - Beirut Marathon Association

Beirut Marathon Association's team strengthened their interpersonal bonds and came up with the association's core values and purpose through the Team Retreat that took place in AFDC-Remlieh on 17,18 Dec 2015. An amazing organization with an outstanding purpose. mynditude is proud to contribute to its future.


EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE - AWR

On 9,10 Dec 2015, AW Rostamani's team deepened their understanding of personalities and emotions through the Emotional Intelligence workshop, the first module of AWR's 2-year program with mynditude.


 

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - BSH

On 5-8 Dec 2015, BSH, in collaboration with mynditude, initiated its Personal Development Program in which participants were familiarized with personality differences, planning, and innovation. The workshop is the first step in a continuous program that marks a new real partnership.


I LIKE YOU AND I AM NOT LIKE YOU - Shiseido

The Shiseido team gained a deeper insight to their personalities through the I Like You And I Am Not Like You Workshop that took place in Dubai on 22 Nov 2015. They also became more aware of the differences in personalities and how to benefit from each in both: the corporate world, and everyday life.


 

THE 7 DERAILERS OF EXECUTION - Nuqul (Fine) Group

On 3-4 Nov, mynditude delivered the tailored-made workshop, "The 7 Derailers of Execution Coaching Workshop" to the executive team of NUQUL GROUP.
The event took place at the headquarters of the tissue giants in Amman.

 


I LIKE YOU AND I AM NOT LIKE YOU - Zimmer Biomet

28 participants from all Zimmer Biomet's functions, gathered from 5 countries in Lebanon for a deep team synergy workshop. mynditude's signature awareness program hit the bull's eye again by helping a great team become more cohesive, on 29-30 Oct 2015 in Zenotel, Lebanon.



EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE Program - Debbas Dubai

The Debbas Dubai management team members deepened their understanding of self and others' emotions and further developed their skills in managing the relationship between emotions and actions. The program spanned over 2 months and was concluded with the 2nd module on 19-20 October 2015 in The H Hotel, Dubai-UAE.





EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL - Medtronic

On 7-8 October, Medtronic was able to link personality profiling to emotional intelligence through one of mynditude's signature programs, the EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL. The workshop helped the participants gain deeper self- and others-awareness.


LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - AWR

On 5-6 October, AW Rostamani Group partnered with mynditude in launching the first session of its LEADERSHIP PROGRAM, which was tailor made to the group's needs. The journey will last for 2 years, as it covers all management levels and teams. Excellent results come from real long-term partnerships.



LEADERSHIP RETREAT - FDC

FDC's top management was able to strengthen the bonds between them as a team, and to pay it forward through commiting to specific goals. This was catalyzed by our 5 DYSFUNCTIONS OF A TEAM workshop that was held at Zenotel from 1 till 3 October 2015.



TEAM MEETING ENGAGEMENT - Novo

On 27 September 2015, the Novo new team came together along with their positive energy through a tailor-made workshop joining MBTI and dancing. It all ended up with the creation of synergic and coherent team.



THE POWER OF ONE - Medtronic RTG

On 14 and 15 September 2015, Medtronic RTG experienced the power of unity and teamwork through dancing, brainstorming, and discussing in THE POWER OF ONE workshop held in Intercontinental-Mzaar.



 


 


DANONE GRADUATE PROGRAM - Danone Dubai

From 1 till 7 September 2015, Danone's new graduates were trained on presentation skills, personality profiling, project management, listening & talking, all through the DANONE GRADUATE PROGRAM developed with mynditude.



 

CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SUB-GRANTS & COACHING - Mercy Corps

From 17 till 20 August, Mercy Corps got the chance to endulge in the culture of coaching through the CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SUB-GRANTS & COACHING workshop that was held in Crown Plaza, Hamra.

 

"The workshop is well structured, from general to specific, well-tailored to our work and useful exercises to practice what was taught."


EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL - Sanofi

From 27 to 30 July, two Sanofi groups hosted mynditude and became more aware about emotions and their effect on work and life, through one of mynditude's signature program, the EMOTIONAL PROTOCOL coaching workshop.

FIT for BUSINESS - Medtronic

On the 28th of May, mynditude was able to spread its 4-dimensional fitness concept to Europe through a FIT for BUSINESS workshop held in Limassol-Cyprus for Medtronic's distributors.


"In today's busy business environment, it is difficult to give yourself the time you need to keep yourself in both positive mental and physical shape. This workshop really exceeded my expectations by giving me small hints and tips that can be used regardless of my schedule."


FIT for BUSINESS - Canadian Embassy

As of the 19th of March, the Canadian Embassy was considered to be FIT for BUSINESS. The workshop was held at the Ambassador's residence.



FIT for BUSINESS Follow Up - Zimmer

Six months after the workshop, on March 6, we paid a visit back to Zimmer in which we followed up with the participants, checked on their progress, and shared with them some tricks that helps them stay FIT.



FIT for BUSINESS - IPT Powertech

Searching for beneficiary fun, IPT Powertech held a FIT for BUSINESS workshop at ther Intercontinental Resort-Faraya on 13 February.

 

FIT for BUSINESS - Zimmer

Energy and fitness filled Zenotel on the 8-9 January. It was no other than our FIT for BUSINESS workshop being shared with ZIMMER.

DELEGATE the THINKING - Jubaili Bros

On the 6th and 7th of January, Jubaily Bros decided to start implementing a coaching culture in their company. A DELEGATE the THINKING workshop was held at their headquarters in Saida.
